| * Lifetime Diamond Replacement Guarantee | ||
| Our diamond replacement guarantee applies to all diamond jewelry, as long as you own the jewelry and provided you comply with our semiannual inspection and service policy. If a diamond is lost from its original setting we will replace it at no charge to you, up to $2,000 retail. | ||
| * Precious Gemstone Replacement Guarantee | ||
| Your precious gemstone purchase which includes ruby, sapphire and emerald stones is covered by a full one year warranty. If your gemstone becomes lost from its original setting, we will replace the gemstone at no charge to you, provided you comply with our regular semiannual inspections and service policy. | ||
| * Lifetime Diamond or Precious Gemstone Trade-Up Privileges | ||
| We will gladly apply the original purchase price of your diamond jewelry toward your next diamond purchase. Your new purchase must be at least twice the price paid for your original jewelry and you must have a valid sales receipt. | ||

| Clean diamonds radiate because the maximum amount of light can refract through the stone in fiery brilliance. Lotions, powders, soaps, even natural skin oils put a film on diamonds, reducing the flow of light. | ||
| * Unlimited Cleaning and Inspections- Diamonds and Precious Gemstones | ||
| As long as you own your diamond or precious gemstone jewelry, you may have it inspected and cleaned FREE of charge as often as you like. To maintain your Total Satisfaction Guarantee, you need to bring your purchase to our location every six months for cleaning and inspection. At that time your record-keeping certificate on the back of the guarantee will be signed by one of our sales associates. | ||
| * How To Care For Your Genuine Diamond Ring | ||
| Although the diamond consists of the hardest substance known, do not permit your diamond to strike hard surfaces. We cannot guarantee your diamond against chipping. Have your diamond ring examined for bent or worn prongs at Britton Jewelers every six months, your first inspection is six months from the date of purchase. We will gladly clean and inspect your diamond at no charge. If your jewelry is not inspected, or the repairs are not done semiannually, this warranty will be void. This warranty does not cover theft, mysterious disappearances, loss or damage from other than normal wear. | ||
